  • How Can I Purchase A Gift Certificate?
    Whether it’s for a birthday, an anniversary, a special event or just because, there is no easier way to treat and pamper your loved one! Just let me know the details of who the certificate is for, and I will happily send them a gorgeous, personalized Gift Card on your behalf. Please contact Margo directly at MB Massage on 0221 0221 56 to find out more or fill in our easy Online Enquiry Form and reply with bank details then post the gift card voucher.
  • What Are Your Payment Policies?

    Payment methods accepted include cash, cheque or internet banking. For your convenience HICAPS is also available so that you can claim your rebate instantly from your Health Fund.

  • What Can I Expect From My Session?
    If this is your first clinic appointment, please arrive 10 minutes earlier than the stated appointment time as you will be required to fill in a quick questionnaire which will assist the therapist in evaluating your individual circumstances and tailor the session to your needs. During the massage, please feel free to communicate as much or as little as you like – remember, this is all about you!
  • What Do I Need to Know About My Appointment?
    Your scheduled appointment time is the time that your session starts. Please schedule sufficient time prior to your appointment to allow for traffic, parking, or to fill in any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated appointment.
  • What Happens After The Massage?
    Please make sure that you get up from the table slowly allowing blood pressures to equalize. The therapist will leave the room temporarily so that you can re-dress in private. You will be provided with a glass of water at the end of the session. Please continue to drink a glass of water every 2-3 hours after your massage. Water helps your body to rehydrate and is essential following your massage as it supports the elimination of toxins from your system.
  • What Are Your Cancellation / Rescheduling Policies?

    At MB Massage, we appreciate that sometimes, “life happens” and you will not be able to keep your appointment. We request that at least 24 hours notice is given should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The following cancellation fees will apply should appropriate notice not be given.

    • Cancel or reschedule with less than 50% booked appointment fee
    • Missed appointment: 100% cancellation fee

  • What Are Your Prices For Corporate Massage / Corporate Health Programs / Events and Functions?

    To ensure that you receive the best value for money, I will provide you with an individual quote upon your enquiry.  Please include the following information when using the Online Enquiry Form:
      
    • Number of people requiring massage
    • Place, time and date requested
    • Length of time required per person
    • If you would prefer seated massage or tables
